Security

Arkus Records Management has a state-of-the-art security and fire detection system, controlled access, monitored 24/7/365, including motion detectors and surveillance cameras. You can be assured that your critical documents are in a secure environment.

Employees

All employees of Arkus Records Management are required to pass background checks, pre-employment and random drug tests, and sign a confidentiality agreement.

Transportation

Arkus Records Management uses unmarked vehicles for the transportation of your critical documents.  All of our vehicles are company owned and alarmed.  All of these steps have been taken to eliminate the chance that your documents will be lost, destroyed or stolen while in our possession. 

Technology

Arkus Records Management utilizes RSSQL, "the world's leading software for the commercial record center". RSSQL is used with highly reliable barcode scanning hardware, the Symbol PPT8846, to track containers, file folders, and tapes. The PPT8846 is a hand held computer that incorporates a rotating laser scanner. This industry leading software is currently being used in over 500 facilities around the world and will continue to be enhanced to meet the evolving needs of this large group of users. Our inventory system makes it possible for you to experience rapid, accurate document retrievals. System reports will allow you to professionally manage your records. You can manage your records online as well. When properly implemented this system virtually eliminates misfiles.

• Web access to track and manage files and boxes on-line through our real-time, secure web portal.  Clients know exactly where files are at all times.  
• Barcodes are used to track all inventory and create accurate systems for managing large volumes of records.
• Audit trails are created and managed with the technology. We can manage the lifecycle for all items in our inventory.
